The floral taste of our elderflowers combined with the sweet, mellow taste of fresh quince juice make this cordial a lovely summer drink.
 
Our elder trees grow on 25 acres on our farm in East Sussex. All elderflowers are lovingly hand-picked from our orchard in the June sunshine.
 
Dilute to taste with sparkling or still water (up to 1:10).
 
Ingredients: Sugar, water, quince juice*, elderflowers, lemon juice*, citric acid. *freshly squeezed
