Our elderberries are grown in our orchards in East Sussex following organic standards and are then air dried locally right after being harvested. This makes our dried elderberries not only 100% traceable, it also keeps food miles to a minimum.
 
The ripe berries are dried gently straight after harvest, which gives them a wonderful aroma and makes them ideal for making syrups, fruit compotes and for adding to baking for a tart berry burst.
 
They are packed with antioxidants and 100% Natural.
 
Please do not consume raw; elderberries need to be cooked before use.
